You the viewer /buyer /customer, (herein after referred to as the Client), agree to indemnify WVRR and it's suppliers, employees, and officers for any and all damages, claims, or losses suffered as a result of possible claims by third parties relating to the use or non-use of the data provided by WVRR. WVRR shall remain indemnified from any and all claims and consequences arising out of discovered or un-discovered information. It is understood that no guarantee is made to provide all possible information available. WVRR will conduct a requested search of records to the best of it's ability and does not guarantee that an omission or error, will or will not occur.

Likewise, the Client shall attest that you have not misrepresented yourself, your company, organization or your purpose for viewing the WVRR website or for ordering searches from WVRR. You further understand that misrepresentation in this agreement may result in civil and criminal action against you and your organization, employees and affiliates. The Client is hereby notified that WVRR information is gathered using standard investigative methods including public records and other sources. All searches are on a best efforts basis, no guaranties, promises or claims are made about potential search results. WVRR shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any type. WVRR reserves the right to amend, change, or discontinue it's prices and / or searches at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any Client or any specific requests at any time and furthermore, will cooperate with law enforcement officials when misuse of information is suspected.

The Client assumes all related legal liability, and by ordering from WVRR consents to waive all claims against WVRR resulting from searches. The Client agrees to hold WVRR it's officers, employees, and vendors harmless and also to indemnify WVRR from any and all claims that may result from the Clients request. The Client warrants that requested searches are legal and proper in his / her jurisdiction and complies with all applicable laws (local and state).

The Client further warrants that he shall bear full legal costs in the event of a suit and will hold all information confidential. Information obtained through WVRR may be used in the course of applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act approved purposes, and shall be held strictly confidential. The Client warrants and agrees that requested searches are fully legal in his, or her, and the subjects, jurisdiction. The Client understands that most orders are processed immediately upon receipt and are non-cancelable after the order is received. The Client agrees that visitation to the WVRR website or the placing of a search request is not for the purpose of entrapment, sting operation, or pursuit of WVRR, it's employees, vendors, clients, affiliates nor officers. It is understood that search discrepancies must be reported within 10 days. All unpaid fees shall be subject to 20% interest from the date of invoice and in the event of a lawsuit, the Client consents to join WVRR in the jurisdiction of WVRR's choice. The Client consents to all terms & conditions as amended by WVRR from time to time.

All listed turnaround times are average and apply only to business days. In the event of unforseen circumstances, (example: inclement weather) the Client shall hold WVRR harmless from resulting delays in information transfer.
